"Good product, but the delivery was really slow"
I was actually excited to order this because everything looked good and the process was straightforward. But the delivery took way longer than I expected, and the lack of proper updates made it even more frustrating. I kept checking and had no real idea when it would show up. The item was fine once it finally arrived, but the wait put me off ordering again.

I tried browsing The Dolls House Fashion for a bit, but it got frustrating quickly. I was just trying to look at clothes, and somehow it felt way more complicated than it needed to be.
The pages were slow, the filters didn’t really help much, and I kept ending up back at the search trying to find things again. A few parts also didn’t load properly on my phone, which just made the whole thing more annoying.
Maybe the clothes are nice, but the website made shopping feel like work. I had that “why is this so complicated?” feeling the whole time and ended up giving up before placing an order

"I ordered a dress expecting it to look..."
I ordered a dress expecting it to look a little different in person, because online photos can be so hit or miss, but it was actually just like the pictures. The colour, style, and overall fit were really accurate, which was a nice surprise. I’m really happy with it, although weirdly I still think I might size up next time just for a bit more room. Either way, no major complaints and I’d order again.

"Good value for the price"
I ordered a couple of dresses from The Dolls House Fashion and overall I was quite happy with what I got. The quality felt decent for the price, and the dresses looked mostly like the photos, which was a relief.
Delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d probably order again if something catches my eye, especially since the prices are reasonable for what you get.

"Not quite the packaging I expected"
The packaging was just okay. The box showed up a bit squashed, which was disappointing, especially since the wording made it sound like it would be packed more securely than it actually was.

"Finally, someone actually had my size"
I was annoyed after wasting time with other places that didn’t have my size in stock, like it’s somehow a hard thing to manage. This shop actually had what I needed, ordering was quick, and there was no messing about. I’d use them again, mainly because everyone else seems to make it way more difficult than it needs to be.

I usually stick with my go-to clothing brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying these. But the quality surprised me. The fabric feels really nice, and the stitching seems solid. I’m not ready to fully switch sides yet, but these definitely made me think twice.

"I had to reach out to customer service..."
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me eventually. The person was nice enough and answered what I asked, so that part was okay.
I just felt like I had to follow up more than I should have to find out what was going on with it. Not a bad experience overall, but it would’ve been better if the replies were quicker and a bit clearer.
